Shipping Carriers:
We ship via UPS ® and Canada Post, with charges based on the delivery address.

Shipment Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping Policy (Canada):
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time: 1-7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected

International Shipping Policy (United States):
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time: Orders destined for the U.S. must pass through customs, please allow an additional business day for shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders and shipping prices are automatically converted to CAD/USD upon checkout at the daily exchange rate.
